Change of mind with the facade, plus added wine storage
Our original plans we had Haydn draw up had included the Oakland Facade as pictured above. This is one of the top of the line facades and cost an extra $6500 to do so. My wife and I liked the sleek lines and it was very neat and presentable but after having a bit of a longer look at the other facades in that price range we thought it wasn't as commanding and relevant to the house we were trying to build. With tall ceilings we felt we needed something that was different but had incredible street appeal with its size......so we chose the Baltimore, shown below.
Both of these facades are shown on another one of their designs, the Harcrest, but will appear extremely similar, with the balcony and porch moving more to the right.
